1. Who will be the primary care giver.
2. Where will the dog be spending its day if everyone is working or not home.
3.Is the yard secure,,fenced in
4. Do you have a vet and what is the phone number
5.Are you sure you want a dachshund
6. If you have children how old are they.

When you purchase a pup from us it is like adopting one of our children. If our sales agreement seems strict to you, I am sorry, but the dogs come first. Here are the basics and both of us will sign it.
As seller I agree that:
The pup is a purebred dachshund able to be AKC registered.
The pup is in good health and a vet certificate will be provided.
Health guaranteed against genetic diseases until 12mos.
I do not cover for internal parasites as they are common and can be caused by stress. All puppies will be treated beforehand. This also includes coccidia, giardia, or campy which are bacterial and can be picked up anywhere or brought on by stress.
Once the pup is in buyers possession the buyer is then responsible for care and health of pup, and any expenses incurred.
I will provide a medical record of all shots and worming.
We accept NON REFUNDABLE deposits of 200.00
Payment will be made in cash in full at time of picking pup up.
Puppies are purchased as pets and on a spay/neuter contract and papers will be held until proof of spay/neuter is presented to seller.
Buyer:
Will have the puppy female spayed and male neutered at appropriate age as agreed upon by seller and buyers vet.
If unable to keep puppy for any reason buyer will return puppy to seller. Seller will then re sell puppy. Any proceeds from resell minus sellers expenses will be returned to buyer. The deposit is not refundable upon return.
