Hello we are the Wimers and we raise and show Dachshunds for a hobby.

We have been doing this for many years now and have devoted our home to these little family members.

I got the show bug and since we could not afford the expense of a professional handler, I took our dogs into the ring myself.

My wonderful husband is my support staff. Without him I could not do this.

All of our dogs live in the house with us. They are pets first and show dogs second.

The pictures of the dogs at the top of the page are of our first Champion Squeek, his daughter champion Sheba, and his son champion Turbo 

We breed maybe one or two litters a year,,,,looking for another show prospect and to fund the showing that we do. When we breed our dogs quality and temperament are our highest goals.

We love and care for our dogs and they are healthy. They are always up to date on shots, worming, and flea treatments.

All of our pups are raised and socialized in our home..

I am very particular about my pedigrees and as you can see by the pictures I am developing my own "look". Dapples are my passion, but we do have black and tan and reds.

I have a beautiful dapple boy that carries the blue gene who is now a member of our family. His picture will come soon.
